Weightlifting is rising in America.
With the rapid growth of functional fitness and barbell sports in our country, weightlifting’s spotlight continues to beam brighter each day.
Registrations for American Open have soared over the past three years; and, as the volume of interest expands, the talent pool gets deeper, and America’s chances of becoming a force on the international weightlifting scene improve.
The 2015 USA Weightlifting Nationals saw one of its most competitive landscapes ever and the newfound depth in each weight class pushed lifters to shatter Junior, American, and World records on each day of the competition.
With a platform hotter than the Dallas summer sun, our nation’s barbell stars came to perform.
